- partnership documents
- business structures
- superannuation documents
- financial statements including balance sheets
- Consult with your financial planner and/or accountant
- meet with you to discuss your personal situation and wishes
- explore your concerns
- then provide you with options as to how you can move forward
- if you are comfortable and wish this to be the case have your financial adviser and/or accountant present to assist in the planning process
- then prepare the necessary documentation to give effect to your wishes
- Then forward you draft copies of documentation so that you can consider it at your own leisure
- Make any amendments or changes you request after you considered the draft documentation
- Meet with you again to sign up the documentation
